Working:

 

Each layer of rubber tile machine is matched with two pics of moulds ,you could see there are shelves with moulds on two side ,when one side was pushed in vulcanizing,the other side can put in materials;

when one side was over vulcanizing the other side(put in materials) could pushed in right now , it could work continuous batch by batch ,convenient and efficient.
